Over the next few days I will be putting scenes from the capital city of Wales.

there is nothing to say what this building is apart from the  weather dial that has a fish as its pointer

and this rather interesting weather vein sitting atop of the building

This building with its random stone infills was made out of the ballast of the old cargo ships/ the hewn  window surround sand stone  most like comes from the Bristol/ Bath area
